America is currently in a red zone for a false flag attack lasting through September 2009. The "Vibrant Response" period from July 31-August 14, 2009 is especially dangerous, as noted in our Monday, Aug 3, 2009 alert: “Nuclear Obama's `Vibrant Response’"

On Tuesday, August 4, 2009, an important indicator reinforced our concerns. In "Terror Drill Off New York Tests Agencies Against Seaborne Attack," CNN's Jason Kessler wrote:

Eight government agencies participated in the drill, ranging from the NYPD to the U.S. Coast Guard. The exercise took place at the entrance of New York Harbor , just south of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge linking Staten Island to Brooklyn .

Per the drill's plan, eight boats were to cross a checkpoint set up by authorities. They were on the lookout for abnormally high concentrations of radioactivity -- a telltale sign of an improvised nuclear device or a radiological dispersal device, more familiarly known as a dirty bomb. Some of the boats were decoys with no radioactive substances aboard, while others had actual radioactive isotopes planted in them.

From the false flag perspective, a major exercise is the best time for high level insiders to pull off an attack. These chapters explain why that which is “exercised” also tells us that which could have been—or could be-- done. They also explain why areas that have been prepared for a false flag attack tend to be permanently revisited on an opportunistic basis.

As a consequence, we remain sensitive about unusual events in false flag target zones identified by past alerts, especially since a target can be anywhere.

New York City is one such target zone. The Tuesday anti-nuclear device exercises helped to confirm our fears.

Texas City , Texas , another target area, saw four tankers carrying hazardous chemicals experience a freak real world derailment on Monday. Simulated train derailments are a topic of military exercises.

Portland , Oregon , another prior alert area, will experience enhanced air defense exercises from August 4-9 run by the U.S. Air Force. 

The Kansas City area, with its 10 kiloton simulated nuclear explosion during the Vibrant Response exercise, is the most noteworthy of all. 400-500 members of a nuclear warfare-trained consequence-management response force (CCMRF) will train at nearby Ft. Leavenworth , Kansas . They will also role play as public figures, to include mayors and governors. This may imply a martial law clamp down scenario, consistent with NSPD-51 and other highly secretive directives of the Bush era that Obama retains in force.

A U.S. Army North Public Information officer told the Iconoclast that the two week Vibrant Response exercise will train two classes back-to back lasting about one week each. The initial phase of each class will include a 10 KT nuclear explosion simulation scenario.

Tuesday is the most logical day for each class to deal with a hypothetical explosion, just as Tuesday was also a logical day on September 11, 2001 for participants in over 15 concurrent exercises to see their disaster scenario go “live” at the World Trade Center towers. Most exercises that start off with Monday as a work day are likely to use that day merely as an orientation time for settling in, before tackling a catastrophic event the following day.

The upcoming date of Tuesday, 8-11 is worrisome. High level insiders seem to have a strange numerological fascination with “11.” They also like to repeat the same digits (making them divisible by 11), and ignore zeroes.

Consider the day 9-11, when twin towers resembling a large “11” with 110 stories each got destroyed.(“110” is another “11” after the zero is ignored) Other examples include the 10-12-2002 “Australian 9-11” Bali attack (or “11222” without the zeros), the 3-11-2004 Madrid bombings, the 7-7-2005 London terror attacks, and the 7-11-2006 Mumbai bombings. Furthermore, when one adds the digits of 2009 in the year field (a common numerological practice), 8-11-2009 becomes “double trouble” 8-11-11.

This Saturday, 8-8, (or 8 x “11” in occult numerology) also has significance. The Israel-U.S. sponsored attack by Georgia against South Ossetia took place on 8-8-2008. The U.S. embassy in Beijing opened at 8:08 AM on 8-8-2008, and the Olympics began at 8:08:08 PM on 8-8. This reflected not only the Chinese fascination with “8” as a lucky number, but also high level insider fascination with multiples of “11.”.

The increasingly harsh tone of high level insider rhetoric

Vibrant Response comes right after National Level Exercise ’09 (July 27-31), where the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), FEMA, and thousands of military personnel exclusively focused on “terrorism prevention and protection” and the use of foreign military on U.S. soil. 

During NLE ’09, that which was exercised also became that which was done when Homeland Security arrested a suspected “home grown terrorist”:

National media have flip-flopped once again on the Iranian “threat.”. They once acknowledged the National Intelligence Estimate of December 2007. This estimate, which reflected the consensus of 16 intelligence agencies of the United States Government, claimed that Iran gave up its nuclear weapons program years earlier. Now speculation has resumed that America is in some sort of imminent danger from Iranian WMD’s. We are once again being warned that it is not a question of “if” but “when” this nation will experience a repeat 9-11.

DHS Czarina Janet Napolitano has even suggested that veterans, pro-gun advocates, anti-abortionists, and other conservatives are potential “terrorists” who may resort to violence. While some individuals in those categories have shown that disposition, it is strange –even bizarre—to characterize these groups using such language. This is especially true in the case of veterans.

While it would be absurd to imagine that false flag attackers are hiding behind every bush, it would be irresponsible not to take notice of specific situations that might be used to conceal another false flag attack. Far from being an exception to the rule, the U.S. Government has shown a propensity to deceive the American people about its aims and objectives. 9/11 was only the most spectacular of all “inside jobs.”

Indeed, the continuation of Bush-era national security policies by Obama and his handlers includes the non-repudiation of the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act and the continued surveillance of the American people. It also includes the extension of the war in Afghanistan and the retention of rendition as an option. We believe that American citizens must still take seriously both what high level insiders practice –as well as what they say.

A 10 KT nuclear explosion simulation should remind us of the exercise in London on 7/7 that “went live” in precisely the same tube lines that were the hypothetical targets in a training exercise. The documentary, “7/7 Ripple Effect” (available on YouTube) has lessons not just for citizens of the United Kingdom , but also for the United States and the world –lessons we ignore at our peril.
