2009 IN MID-DECEMBER, barely a month after the presidential elections and more than a month before the inauguration, we were in the doghouse with our anti-Bush cohorts for co-authoring "Black Bush Barack? False Flag Frankenstein?"1 In it we argued that what America hoped would be Obamalot might just turn out to be Obamageddon. A week later Pravda echoed our concerns in its equally provocative "USA needs nuclear explosion to turn world into dictatorship" 2 "Is the United States going to put dictatorship into effect under the guise of the anti-terrorist struggle? What may trigger another major transformation in 2009? The answer is obvious: another 9/11 in the USA. Most likely, the world will witness a nuclear blast." After Obama's inauguration, his failure to reverse Bush's quasi-Nazi "Homeland State" reminded observers of the San Francisco Chronicle's astute op-ed "Rule by fear or rule by law?" 3 "In 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure 'continuity of government' in the event of what the document vaguely calls a 'catastrophic emergency.' Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure 'continuity of government.' This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51." Obama's cabinet selections have been alarming. Rahm Emanuel, his chief of staff, was so close to Israeli intelligence that in 1998 Bill Clinton had to dismiss him from the White House staff. Robert Gates, his Bush-appointed Secretary of Defense, will likely abide the Bush "moles" in his department who were recently reported by Seymour Hersh, the Pulitzer Prize-winning investigative journalist. Hersh also reported that Dick Cheney used military personnel in an "executive assassination ring." Obama could allay our worst anxieties by fulfilling his one-word campaign promise of change, but he hasn't done so yet, and we doubt he will. It's hard to find the anti-war Obama of two years ago in the terror-war Obama of today, or the former constitutional teacher in the current "unitary executive." His post-inaugural about-face has estranged some of his early supporters. Our co-author Dr. Jim Fetzer, a retired University of Minnesota professor and founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, was one of them. "As one who has been extremely supportive of our new president, what I personally find most troubling about the current situation is that, as a Constitutional scholar, he must know that restoring our republic to its appropriate legal footing requires the repudiation of the Patriot Act, The Military Commissions Act, unlimited surveillance of Americans, and other blatant violations of our rights. That he has yet to do so is causing me to reassess the quality of his leadership. Actions he might yet take may restore my confidence, at least to some degree, but at this point in time I have no choice but to join with my colleagues in this extremely disturbing assessment of how things appear to stand." IN RECENT WEEKS, we have seen the real Obama, a machiavel marionette whose strings are pulled by international banksters and gangsters. His mission is to Splurge and Surge the USA to ruin at home and abroad, and to expand the Global War and the Homeland State. His March
27 policy speech, which set out his agenda for the G-20 and NATO meeting
in Europe last week, was simply warmed-over Bush-think for continuation
of worldwide war and domestic dictatorship. "A
New Strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan" 4
took the familiar bogeymen of Osama bin Laden, Al Qaeda and the Taliban
to shift the "central front" in the war on terror from Iraq/Afghanistan
to Afghanistan/Pakistan - all in the name of "self-defense." By the day of the speech, the lap dog US media showed that it could do the same trick: "Ahead of G-20 summit, Britons alerted to dirty bomb risk - A new government report says that a terrorist attack is now more likely than ever" 6 Since then, the mainstream media monopoly - both sides of Atlantic - has been as good as Goebbels for turning out terror stories:
The stories range in quality from hype to tripe, but repetition is key to propaganda. The globalist establishment that wanted "generational war" for the Middle East never doubted for a moment that its media monopoly would push its official stories about 9/11, Afghanistan or Iraq in the past. No doubt it is counting on the same disinformation services for Pakistan, Iran or the next 9/11 in the future. Obama's bid to play commander-in-chief in an expanded terror war demands a false flag stimulus - as soon as possible. He touts Splurge and Surge as long-term action, but they are unlikely to produce any near-term satisfaction. The political honeymoon must end, and when it ends Obama will have lost the Left without gaining the Right. His presidency began with a bubbly four fifths approval rating, then slid to three fourths before reaching its current two thirds. That said, it's easy to predict that his approval rating will eventually slide from two thirds to one half. Continuing economic depression and military stagnation could even push Obama into negative Bush League territory such as one third or even one fourth. From the beginning of Obama's presidential campaign, Maj. Fox and Capt. May feared that he was a Manchurian candidate. "Nuclear" Obaman would carry out the next 9/11, for which the mainstream media prepares us by regularly reporting that it isn't a matter of if but of when. Since
his election, a growing alternative and mainstream media minority has
joined us in pronouncing Obama's adopted city, Chicago, as the main target.

code that we - along with the FBI and ABC News - have used to predict
terror events. It's not at all coincidental that the date code for the
major terror attacks in recent years have contained the code number "11"
or been multiples of 11:
We urge those interested in date-code cryptanalysis to refer to "USA 666 WMD." Readers will find that it identified the Sears Tower as the nation's primary false flag target, and it designated March 11 as the beginning day of a six-month period during which an attack was likely. His analysis has been corroborated by a recent event: The Wall Street Journal reported - on March 11 - that the Sears Tower was changing its 36-year-old name to "Willis Tower." Are the false flaggers beginning a new operational plan with a new target identifier? They may well be using "Willis Tower" as word code for "(Our) Will Is (the) Tower," or alternatively, "Will is (P)ower." Once Terrorists have chosen their targets, the mainstream media tells us, they stick to them. The Obama administration is at present re-trying half a dozen black youngsters arrested three years ago by the FBI in Florida for supposedly being in league with bin Laden to blow up Sears Tower. The false flaggers are re-invigorating their Chicago terror story. Meanwhile citizens of the Windy City had been informed that their government is increasing terror surveillance of them with a new camera system, and protecting them with mercenary forces hired to patrol the city's South Side. Big Brother is with them, and he has brought Brother Blackwater as well. We believe that a false flag attack against Chicago is imminent, and can only be prevented by public vigilance. Accordingly, we provide the most likely date-codes for an attack during the rest of April, with a brief explanation for why each has been chosen:
