Mandatory Health Insurance Bill Is Unconstitutional "Beginning in 2008, residents will be required to provide a detailed overview of their health insurance coverage on their state income tax return. Any one who does not have insurance would lose their personal state tax exemption and be hit with a penalty equal to half of the cheapest policy available in the State. Preliminary estimates put that amount at approximately $1,200.00 per year." You can be quite certain that, since the insurance will now be MANDATORY, this 'preliminary estimate' of $1200 will increase SIGNIFICANTLY! MJA Yes, I'm sure the price will go through the roof for those who choose to remain slaves to Massachusetts. The smart people will vote with their feet and find a better place to live. This goes for every state on the east and west coasts, with the possible exception of Vermont. Come to Wyoming if you want to live relatively free. 16th Amendment is not the Source of the Federal Income Tax So is this a Federal tax on the Privilege of "gainful employment" whose magnitude is measured by gross income? The transaction taxed is going to work each day, right? So workers don't work for their own benefit, but for their master (the Federal government): who remands the workers' property (in this case cash-capital) without due-process of law or apportionment. Well, for posterity reasons, we'll assume the worker invests their savings (40% or more of their income, voluntarily) in the Federal government (that is to say bad-debt). So as those managing the Federal government spend all of those receipts and inflate the economy for the rest of us, the worker probably loses 60% of their purchasing power in the end, and that in addition to many of their constitutional rights. Taxation without representation one of them: what citizen would allow a “gainful employment” tax without reprisal? Those legislative and executive men and women who instituted this tax got off, not to mention the judicial approbation of the lawlessness. Is the latter contradictory? Never underestimate the ways and means of man, my friend (even those who wear dresses to work). Besides should one of us be on the other side of the fence or bench - who cares if other’s lose their business, their livelihood, their rights, their life in the course of our subterfuge… Yes, with a JD you can ignore the Constitution too! Happens if there is a Tie Vote in the Up-coming Presidential Election?
This is a great process for the us government to use and find out how will be the President. Aaron If you think the people have anything to do with who is elected, you have not been paying attention. Voting is a fraud and a waste of time in the US, if not in most of the world. Becomes the 35th State Sued for Constitutional Rights Violations My 2 children were taken from me illegally because I had entered the DART program in Lincoln Parish. My mother was granted temporary custody, even though I had a court order to pick them up before she was ever granted temp. custody. The sheriff refused to obey the court order. Instead, the next day a temporary custody hearing was held in secret without my notification. I never had the chance to defend myself against her false allegations. When I tried to present the custody papers that I had to the sheriff, he told me the judge had already given temporary custody to my Mother. When I asked on what grounds, they did not have an answer. For 6 months I have not been able to see my children or talk to them. I have actual papers that state I can see them 8 hours per month provided I give my Mother permanent custody. I refused. I have never abused or neglected my children. I found out that mother told my 8 year old son that I was dead. I have tried repeatedly to call them and I am not able to talk to them. I was told by the sheriff that if I attempted to see them I would be arrested for disturbing the peace. My Mother and this cheroot grew up together and are very close. There was never one shred of evidence proving me unfit. I now have my own apartment, I have been a nurse for 16 years and have a stable life. I have been pulled over on 3 separate occasions in my car in Red River Parish for insurance checks. When I asked why they randomly pulled me over, the officer told me he was told to by the cheroot My children love me and I love them. The attorney I hired informed me that my 14th amendment had been violated, but I would have to pay him more money if I wanted him to fight that issue. I have already paid him $1500.00 I asked him what evidence they had, and he told me none, that it was "small town politics and they could do whatever they wanted". He also informed me that the most he would do for me was to "just show up" at our Court date May 15, 2006. I know there has to be something I can do. I cannot spend anymore money on legal fees. I thought I had an honest attorney, but I found out recently that he and the DA from Red River Parish were good friends. Please give me some suggestions. I know this is hurting my children as much as it hurts me. Please help me. I know my rights and my children's rights have been violated. Thank-you, Kim C. I wish there was something we could do for you. There are literally hundreds of thousands of men and women in your position these days. There is no justice available to any of them, and the children are suffering the most. The only thing I could suggest would be to sue your "attorney" for breach of contract, but it would probably do no good and just cost you more. My own grandchildren are in a similar situation, prevented from seeing their father by a sick and vindictive X wife. The only thing I can do for you - or them - is to pray, and hope that the people of this country will soon stop accepting injustice and put an end to it. God bless you and your children. None of them have any desire for peace and prosperity, only total control!
