In my humble opinion, this changes nothing. The Constitutions of both the States and the Union are very clear in this matter: NO search is to be conducted without a warrant; and the warrant must specify VERY CLEARLY both WHAT is to be searched and WHAT is being searched for. If the cop was too ignorant to either read or understand the wording of the warrant (assuming for the moment that one even existed), he assumed the responsibility and liability for his mistake. More to the point, had the circumstances been reversed, and Mr. Maye been executed by the cop, I can all but guarantee that NOTHING would have been done to compensate for that crime, or to punish the criminal. It's well past time that Americans wake up and realize that any cop who is attempting to enforce an unconstitutional (and therefore un-enforceable) law is a criminal; and that ALL people were born with the right to defend themselves, by whatever means necessary, from criminals. MJA If we want others to honor the "rule of law" and "due process," we must extend the same to everyone - including criminals of all kinds! We can't have one set of rules for those we like and another for those we hate. Liberty and justice belong to everyone - innocent until proven guilty. We must all be willing to give someone the "benefit of the doubt" until a real jury in a real court decides the matter - and be willing to look at new evidence if it is found even after that. Second Amendment and the Preamble to the Bill of Rights It thoroughly amazes me that the masses-r-asses have no idea what law is and what law restricts. The 2d amendment is a proclamation, a command, to government that it shall not infringe upon the inalienable Right to bear Arms! Why is that so difficult to understand? d daxx i personaly

The Second Amendment and the Preamble to the Bill of Rights Damn good article and analyses! G. S. "the people" are "the people"... Wow, what a way to read the Bill of Rights! Second Amendment and the Preamble to the Bill of Rights I wish someone would Shove this Down a Lot of Judges and Anti-Gunners Throats! I Love this Thank YOU EVER so Much! Wm. F. G. Bob, I want to forwazrd this article to the National Constitution Party! how do Im do this? Let me know! R. G. I'm really sorry that you didn't include an email addreess. If you'll write to me directly, I'll be glad to forward your request to the author. MamaLiberty Have done an outline on this subject as well. We are being hoodwinked, my friends! Our 'supposed' government is TOTALLY, (as in TOTALITARIAN REGIME), operating OUTSIDE THE BOUNDS of the U.S. Constitution, (Our Sovereign). WAKE UP AMERICA! E. D. Q. Have
you been the Victim of an Unlawful Traffic Court Prosecution? Editor; I just found your site through Google. When the courts become an open farce by choosing not to even pretent to truth and fairness, from judges to politicians to attorneys in private practice, the general public experiences and perceives the whole mess as nothing more than a scam. And IT IS A SCAM! The most fundamental rule of protection (supposedly) guaranteed ALL residents of America who are charged with violating ANY government rule of law is the Sixth Amendment. It states: Amendment VI In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. "The Law" is being expanded to the point to where ANY government official will eventually have the "authority" to inspect ALL aspects of your life, and issue "punitive tax slips" to anyone not meeting up to their unpublished standards. In comparison to what's being planned for America's population, the former Soviet citizen never had it so good -- DanD I'm sorry I was not able to post your entire message, but this is not the place for lengthy quotes from other articles. Thanks so much for your interest - and good luck. MamaLiberty Blame
Congress for the War in Iraq Oh my God. Quote a few historical facts, and you're completely right, yea? You still have the balls to write this article even after all has been written/proven? You still stand by the idea that we would never be fighting in Iraq if Bush wasn't pushing for it, or Congress hadn't passed a law? It's "all on Congress" for going to war? Oh Jesus H. Christ. Ok, you're right, Bush had nothing to do with ignoring Middle East experts in advising not to take this approach, and that we would not be greeted as liberators. "Curveball" was a completely viable snitch, and Powell hasn't said he regrets being the one to deliver the address for entry into the unprecendented manner in which this "war" was begun. nitwit press is right. destardi The
Feminist Anti-Kid Crusade A tiny bit off-topic, but along the lines of the writer's subject matter... I recently received my annual auto insurance renewal in the mail. Contained within was a bulletin informing me that, for $72/year, I could also add Supplemental Spousal Liability Coverage to my policy. Since the explanation of what this coverage actually is was quite unclear, I asked my broker about it. It turns out that this coverage is the ability of a spouse, who becomes injured in an auto accident in which the opposite spouse is driving, to sue their partner for damages. To quote my broker, "Spousal Liability coverage is a new optional coverage that allows spouses to sue each other under the auto policy." (BTW, the state I live in requires insurance companies to provide this 'optional' coverage.) What a society we live in, huh? MJA Biased

When in Rome... By Lady Liberty If you think raising children to live a moral life is merely a matter of "telling them" anything, I certainly hope you don't have any children. Parents must first model moral behavior consistently, teach and insist on moral behavior from their children from birth, and be completely involved with the lives of their children until they are ready to live on their own. This means KNOWING where the children are, at all times, and never allowing children to play with those of the opposite sex unsupervised. Period. Yes, they must be open and honest with the kids about everything. Even then, some teens will decide to run away or rebel, and some will take the wrong road no matter what we do, but we can no more give them a blank check for it than we would invite a stranger to take our babies to another country. Unfortunately, most parents today didn't have a moral upbringing and a lot of immoral behavior is considered "normal." Absolute integrity and fidelity have been mostly replaced with revolving door "marriage" and easy lies of convenience. MamaLiberty
