An Interview with Matthew Bracken

Matthew Bracken's book is a wonderfully-written and scary vision of a possible and even plausible scenario should the Dems get back in office. Sen. Chuckie Schumer (who travels with HK-armed bodyguards by the way) and his ilk are just dying to get their mitts on our legally-registered guns so they can melt them down and leave us vulnerable to criminals and well-armed government thugs. Bravo to Bracken for his terrific first novel. P. A.

Countdown to Next Bush Terrorist Act

First-off, you will find no bigger critic than I regarding President Bush. I think he is a profoundly evil and stupid person. With that said, you are WAY off base in your belittling him and FEMA for not doing a better job responding to hurricane Katrina. There is absolutely NO authority at all in the US constitution for the federal government to come to the rescue of fools who choose to live on land below sea level in an area that regularly gets hammered by hurricanes. Bush did not foul-up until he got involved. He should have stayed out of it and let the state of Louisiana deal with the matter. Sincerely, M. B.
