Homeowners: Ever Heard Of A C.L.U.E Report?

Help I just heard about CLUE reports as we enter the home stretch in selling our home Wilsonville. According to the buyer's agent we have a claim for water damage as listed on our CLUE report in Sept. of '05. We never filed such a claim and our insurance co. says they cannot write a letter stating this even though they have no record of such a claim. Any advice?

I wish I could help you, but don't have any idea. It certainly doesn't seem reasonable that the insurance company can't rectify the report. I welcome reader's input. Your comments have been sent to Carl, and I will publish any response here. Good luck! MamaLiberty
