2005 Sweet babbling Jeebus - you're making a moral equivalency argument between TERRORISTS who drive truck bombs into groups of women and children and the founding fathers' revolution against the British crown?? Was it accepted policy for the founding fathers to murder children, Carl? Every time I hear this stunningly ignorant attempt at comparison between cowardly terrorists who, as a matter of policy, set out to murder and maim innocents - and our own revolution for independence, I am saddened at the fact that history and context are two weapons that the left have been disarmed of in their attacks on the Bush administration. Disgust By Liberals I believe the "terrorists" are Iraqis who object to our occupation of their nation. As I recall, King George referred to George Washington & Company as terrorists for objecting to the British occupation of their colonies. As in all wars, women and children get killed in the crossfire, and they certainly did during the American revolution. It appears
this very ignorant writer, who was too gutless to give his name, does
not know why bin Laden & Company attacked us in the first place. It
was because of our meddling in Saudi Arabia -- his birthplace. We tend
to do that all the time, causing people all over the world to hate us.
No, bin Laden didn't attack us because he "hates freedom". Nobody
on earth hates freedom, since it goes directly against human nature. Carl
F. Worden Nobody hates freedom (for others - not themselves) or condones the murder of innocent people except the Muslim extremists AND the monsters in our own government who sent in the bombers and murdered many thousands of innocent women and children in this immoral invasion. That murder and destruction must end all over the world if we hope to avoid attacks on us. MamaLiberty The
Most Powerful and Awful Spell Speaking as one victimized more than once, I tell you that it *is* possible to cheat an honest man: All one need do, is persuade him that someone whom he believes deserves his help, needs help. R. P. I don't know exactly to what you are referring, of course, but the obvious answer would seem to be to check your premise and stop being fooled. We must understand that most of the things government calls "help" are destructive instead. MamaLiberty
