2005 Adding to their role as secret agents for "mission ignorable," the mainstream media, hereafter referred to merely as "MSM," are churning up marvelous distractions which are best described as totally unimportant and irrelevant. Okay, I'll admit it! I haven't the slightest clue as to "what up" with the Michael Jackson "trial." And I don't care to know! And the buzz on "Deep Throat" – who cares?! A minor political break-in, a president receives oral sex and lies about it, and we have impeachment! Now we have evidence, and in writing, that the President of the United States deliberately ordered deceptive "intelligence" to facilitate the wrongful, malicious and self-serving intentions of what could only be described as the actions of a warmongering genocidal maniac, and this is summarily ignored by the MSM. I am now reducing to writing what I continuously ask myself: How do the people who "work" in the MSM live with themselves? How do they sleep at night? How do they look at their family members, especially their children, whom they obviously shower with money, expensive gifts and vacations, and eventually with expensive colleges and universities, when knowing all the while that the greatest land on Earth where all these things were made possible and could have continued to thrive, will be gone? How can they continue to allow our once great nation and all its freedoms to be destroyed by one crazed lunatic and his cabal of clever warmongering fanatics and crazies? I guess the MSMers don't think this matter is serious enough. I guess they believe all wars can be justified. I guess they believe we will always be victorious. I guess they feel that technology will never rise to where the horrific destruction of Earth, especially our corner of it, as well as the majority of its people, will ever come about. At what precise point will they acquire the needed resolve to stop the partnership of genocidal butchery and technological kill power? I would offer that there's no time like the present to take action to stop this self-destructive madness. Media Watch offers: "On the June 5 edition of NBC's Meet the Press, moderator Tim Russert questioned but failed to correct Republican National Committee chairman Ken Mehlman's claim that the ‘findings' of the Downing Street Memo, a secret British intelligence memo suggesting that the Bush administration manipulated intelligence to support its case for war in Iraq, ‘have been totally discredited by everyone who's looked at it,' including the 9-11 Commission and the Senate." It may be recalled also that when British Prime Minister Tony Blair was confronted with the news publicizing the memo in the May 1st Sunday London Times, his reaction was that the memo was "old news." Mehlman's
contention that the 9-11 Commission seemingly agonized over this memo
and that the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence also thoroughly investigated
it, is an outrageous bald-faced lie. Neither ever happened! It is clear
from this, that had the MSM in America exposed the Downing Street Memo
in a timely manner and with the appropriate shock and awe given a Jacko
wacko "trial," or a Martha Stewart economy-busting crime wave,
or a "Deep Throat" 32 years after the fact, Mehlman would never
have gotten away with such obvious misrepresentations of fact. None of what Mehlman says is even close to the truth. The Downing Street Memo was only just reported on May 1st and well after those supposed "investigations," and is the first solidly established piece of written fact that proves that President Bush lied to Congress and the American people in his constitutionally-mandated State of the Union Address. It has never been reviewed by anyone on this side of the pond! It proves Bush also lied when he requested all-encompassing war-making powers which he has since so rigorously abused. On a continuing basis, one sixth of the world's population hates US more with each passing day. The unjust invasions and bloody wars of Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as the prisoners of war and randomly rounded up citizens our military routinely tortures and murders, have created an increasingly angry world, which is rapidly diminishing their former ability to distinguish between our dangerous rogue government and its ignorant people. Army recruitment has plummeted! Our populace is beginning to figure out what Bush and his oil-thirsty warmongers and killer cabal are up to. The gangsters are chomping at the bit to invade Syria and Iran next, as confirmed by Congressman Curt Weldon [R-Pa.] on Meet the Press on Sunday June 12th. Both he and Senator Joseph Biden [D-Del] acknowledged the problem of falling recruitment, and Biden only skirted the real issue. He offered only that Bush simply "level" with the American people and provide an honest assessment of the real status of the insurgency in Iraq. Both denied that a draft was being considered or necessary. I would remind the reader that these statements are being made by noted insiders within the Beltway. Biden offered
that all that is needed is honesty from the president; what a hoot! Here
he offers that the truth is all that is needed to win back the confidence
of the American people, while completely ignoring the lies of this administration
that got US into this mess in the first place!
