Michigan Dads, Fathers and Families, Million Dads, FIRM, ACFC, AFRA, CPS reform, Jail 4 Judges and ICRC were but a few of the groups I thought of that could benefit from affiliation.
I urge all reform and rights groups to consider assisting or affiliating with NJCDLP. If for nothing else to find our numbers and build on them.
"NJCDLP has designed a mailer to send about 1000 legal reform groups in late January, 2005 to introduce the NJCDLP/ Diogenese and encourage their leader(s) to visit our website as well as consider our organization THEIR PARTNER rather than competitor in legal reform. I'd like to mail a prototype of the mailer to you so, of course, you can see it and give me feedback on its content, appearance and how it holds up in the U.S. mail system. I have a mailing address handy for some of you, but would appreciate receiving an email of your mailing address at your earliest convenience."
It would be good for those who have yet to finally confirm their intentions regarding the NJCDLP/Diogenese to let me know them in response to this email if you can.
Thanks, Zena. Email
should be functional by the end of January: http://www.njcdlp.org
I submit the information on the foldout, but it is nothing compared to the color presentation and graphics of the card itself.

1st open page: Isn't it somewhat of a cruel irony that courts are generally the most accessible forums for challenging abuse of the American legal system? Lawyers are often critical to effective legal reform advocacy. Know any raring to file lawsuits charging the powerful and politically connected with sundry forms of corruption implicating other lawyers and perhaps even judicial officers? Know many lawyers or pro-se litigants having much luck with those kind of cases? PROBABLY NOT.
The NATIONAL JUDICIAL CONDUCT AND DISABILITY LAW PROJECT, INC., is committed to legal reform through litigation, galvanized by EVERY IMAGINABLE FORM OF ADVOCACY that can lawfully and effectively help preserve the "rule of law" in this country on a case by case basis. CONGRATULATIONS! Your legal reform group is well on its way towards gaining a virtual law department.
Top of the open foldout: WHAT DO YOUR MEMBERS NEED TO GET FROM BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL?

*a public relations expert with knowledge of media outlets actually (as opposed to potentially) available for publicizing legal abuse and extensive data bases for direct mailing to sympathetic audiences;
staff capable of accurately presenting any instance of legal abuse as
a compelling matter of public interest.
*adequate administrative staff, including special events coordinators, to efficiently facilitates multifaceted battle for justice.
