Especially now with the U.S. election results, many pundits appear rather taken aback by the increasing evidence of George W. Bush’s “faith-based” presidency—his “true-believer” confidence that if you just “believe,” all things are possible. Those who have this faith believe they can transcend the reality that circumscribes the actions of those who lack such belief. (Read the rest here)

Airlines Must Hand Over Records -TSA Requests Passenger Data to Test Its Screening System (Registration required)
Washington Post, Saturday, November 13, 2004
The federal government said it will begin analyzing millions of U.S. airline passenger records by the end of the month in a first step toward creating a computerized screening system to protect the nation's airlines from terrorist attack. The Transportation Security Administration yesterday ordered 72 carriers to turn over historical passengers records by Nov. 23 so that the agency can begin testing a program called Secure Flight. The system seeks to consolidate various government watch lists and improve the accuracy of comparing passenger names against those of suspected terrorists.

To Universal Psychiatric Screening And Drugging Children

Action now needed immediately in HOUSE OF REPRESENATIVES in addition to Senate.

AAPS member of Congress makes another bid to stop mandatory psychiatric screening.

Urge your Representative to sign letter by FRIDAY Nov. 12.

Last September, AAPS lifetime member, Congressman Ron Paul, M.D. (R-TX) tried to stop this insidious plan by offering an amendment to the Labor, HHS, and Education Appropriations Act for FY 2005. The amendment received 95 "yes" votes, but it failed to pass. So the House version of the bill passed.

However, Congressman Paul and several of his colleagues are not giving up.

Whether you support Fathers 4 Justice or not; whether you agree or disagree with our methods, we have achieved world-wide media coverage with our actions. Please capitalise on what we have achieved raising our issue in
the public arena and get involved with the following action on Friday December 17th., either in support of Fathers 4 Justice, in support of your own group, as individuals but more importantly - in support of your children and their future!
