06, 2004 Coartney The child's parents were not there, not a single adult or child friend, not even a child's advocate was present, as would be required by DV "accusers" advocate law. Just the two "officials of this government", and a terrified 6 year old that was released upset and in tears, were present. Diane Coartney only learned of her daughter's plight when she picked Danielle up from school and was informed of what transpired via a crying 6 year old's account. I doubt a 6 year old can give a very accurate account of this government's abuse of power. Danielle went to school believing she was the child of Richard and Diane Coartney and that they could protect her. Richard and Diane Coartney believed Danielle was their child and that they could protect her. "This government" had a life's lesson for the Coartney family to learn. "This politically correct fascist illegitimate government" does as it pleases regardless of any consequences to any family or individual. Most certainly, every member of this family has been traumatized, especially Danielle. This is just standard procedure. None of the agencies denied this unconstitutional power to use at their fascist fancy, when the full weight of a government of 350 million is brought to bear on any that fall prey to a fasci'crat agency that "must find more abusers" in order to survive. Innocence, rights, justice are of no concern to these agencies. There is only one goal, to find more abusers so that their funding, livelihoods and power continue. The Coartney's were lucky to learn about "these powers", that are unreported by the press, unanswered by the fasci'crats (demo & repub) and unknown by the general public, only by direct exposure. Hopefully, the frightened 6 year old did not say anything about her parents abusing her or any one else to escape the grilling. No one knows for sure, except the two (Was the child dangerous and in need of two investigators for their protection? Or was one "official investigator" not intimidating enough to frighten a 6 year old?) "official investigators". The public will get to take their word for what went on in the room, what was done to Danielle and what Danielle said. Their words will be "official records" for past and future "accusations". Whatever Danielle said can never be taken back. Once any accusation is made, the state "official investigators" will take it from there. How many adults can a 6 year old under duress name to escape? How many names can the "official investigators" name? And the funding just keeps rolling in with every new "abuse" case. It is happening thousands of times a day. From pictures of a 3 year old immigrant child breast feeding to pictures of a teenager mooning, from anonymous vindictive calls, to agencies reporting to round up funding, millions of families have been victimized by "this government".About 3 million homes were invaded in 2002, many with far more detrimental "investigations". Investigations that removed the child and the parent forever from each other. By the time innocence or guilt (now granted on accusations) is ascertained, the family has already been destroyed. Any that escape do not want any more notoriety and are not about to complain unless they have no family or life left. Still the politically correct scream for more power, for one abused is too many and thousands of innocents destroyed are not enough. The national press only promotes fear, "safety" and slight of hand mysteries of no concern to keep the public from focusing on the fascism of "this government". Real life consequences fall like a sound in the forest that no one will hear. The 'cratic' parties and national press ignore pleas like the Coartney's, John Murtari's and thousands of others. John Murtari of AKidsRight.org has been arrested, accused of stalking and assaulted (just a few government shoves) merely for trying to meet with senator "Hitlary" (author's quotes) Clinton to get her to meet with parents regarding reform of non custodial parents Rights. Security forces, posted to keep delivery of that request from happening, have probably been removed since John Murtari's arrest for criminal trespass on 9/24/04. The government, demo and repub parties, and it's favored national press will not address the issues that are destroying this country. They espouse concern over trivial matters of no concern, war records, empty soundbites, Dan Rather or Dan Rather Not, anything except exposing the atrocities of "this government". The birth rate has spiraled down in 40 years to 1/2 of what it once was, the economy has been taxed, regulated, legislated, and insured to where it is no longer viable, trillions of dollars spent on illegal wars, a stock market destroyed by a few million in PAC contributions that allowed institutions to bilk billions from the economy, individuals are arrested for wearing T shirts, government spins, deletes or just outright lies to the people via the government beholding national press, hundred of thousands arrested for "encouragement", disabled people are not disabled, they are "underemployed". Twenty years ago any one of these abuses would have caused impeachment of all involved, but today it's less important than some little piece of gibberish regarding war records or the distraction dejour to keep fascism in this government underexposed. Do you believe this government is just lying about war? A nation has been brought to war based on lies. Still the devastation, death and waste continue, as the tyrants run for reelection instead of criminal attorneys. How is America "SAFER" when the majority of the world sees the US government as lying invaders? Is Danielle Coartney, or any of the Coartneys going to be the people that disagree? How could the Coartneys think otherwise? Thousands of tons of depleted uranium have been been scattered upon many "enemy" and "friendly" nations. The devastation will be worse than the dioxin in Agent Orange. The world is not served by the US national press. Some other nations media don't let US government officials write their stories. Sometimes, they even include truth and facts. Already culpability for this nation's sons and daughters soldier's "unknown" illnesses are being whitewashed, classified and deleted by this fasci'crat government and their national press. Much like they did to our sons and daughters in Vietnam. Anyone read this lately? The national debt is close to 8 Trillion. Have any 20 year olds inquired where their Social Security money will come from? Social Security money have been funneled into spending, just off the books, coincidentally, it seems to work better that way, but, that's probably "cratified" by now. Add the Social Security debt to the national debt that is not mentioned by any major political party and this government is in a bind for cash. And that doesn't count the spend-spend philosophies of the 2 major parties. Unless of course they just start printing it up. Maybe they already are, it's just "classified" for national security.Taxes are not too bad, if you are poor and own nothing. But, get that college degree and by the time, taxes (sales, fed, state, property, licensing fees, regulating fees, services fees, etc.), Social Security, Insurance, etc., government required services fees are removed, it leaves the workers of the "privileged class", making more than 80k between two people, a little more than 40 cents on every dollar they earn. Who wants to work more, longer are harder when they receive less money than the government does for their work. Workers would do well to heed that information. If this political seizure of America is not stopped soon, it may be the only way to stop this unconstitutional, illegitimate tyrant government. Keeping up with the Joneses keeps the government powerful, fat and happy. The government's hand is in the pocket of every producer from the farmer to the shelf, the raw material to the finished product and every job and every nickel in between. In 2002 there were 45 million government employees being supported by the workers of this nation. Many have lucrative retirement plans and bonuses. There are government employees to make sure you are safe from yourself (seat belts, helmets, health concerns, etc., etal). There are government employees to make sure you pick up dog and cat feces on your own property, for "one" is too much. There are government employees to make sure you pick up the trash that a passerby throws on your property. Nope not enough money to stop those throwing the trash. The government doesn't have enough money for that, make the property owner responsible. They have money, don't like being criminals? Pay up fast. There is even a government employee in New Orleans to make sure your trash is set out at the proper time and your garbage can is removed by a certain time. Protection from yourself; claim protection of anything and Constitutional Rights just melt away, just like they did for the Coartneys.Every day more and more laws are making hard working citizens criminals. More laws than one can probably read in a lifetime when added up. But, everyday, more and more of the people need to be protected from more and more "harm", even if that help makes a criminal out of the person being helped. The government is "more smarter". The government knows what is best for you, your children, your life. Step out of line with the governments "help" policies? Do time. Or better yet, pay the fine. The disabled and elderly are now falling prey to these "protection" laws. These people think they are disabled or too infirm to keep up with "government's help". These useless beings are merely "underemployed" or not complying with the "protection program". It's off to jail they go for "encouragement". I don't believe the Coartneys would disagree. You won't either once your number is called by this unconstitutional government.There is only one party that is fighting for the return of the Constitution to all aspects of this government. Michael Badnarik is their candidate. None of any of the other parties are prepared to return the Constitution to America. The two major parties have taken turns removing the Constitutional protections from the people and the Constitutional restrictions from this government.
