Logan, 5, believes bad cops took his grandpa, Luther "Wally" Klump, to jail. The child, like many of Americans, has no idea how tyrannical, bureaucratic and oppressive his government has become. Grandpa's cows are illegally grazing on the land that his grandfather's grandfather laid claim.

Since then, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has claimed the land and has fined Wally $300,000 and $5,000 more each day because some of his cows had their ear tags torn off by the rugged terrain. If a cow does not have an ear tag, that's a violation of BLM's grazing rights. Three violations and grazing rights can be canceled.

That's it. That's grandpa's big crime. Some of his cows lost their ear tags on land which his grandfather laid claim. For this, Wally, has had his bank account seized, his safety deposit box seized and the Department of (in)Justice is working on seizing the rest of his ranch after already having taken part of his grandfather's claim.

In 1904, Wally's grandfather laid claim to a homestead in Dos Cabezas area. Times were good for this rugged family that prospered in the American values of hard work to become successful. The clan increased their holdings by buying surrounding properties. Around 1990, vandalism and thefts on some of those properties caused the Klumps to close access to the public. The closing restricted access to the BLM properties. Apparently, it was time to teach the Klumps a lesson on the unrestricted, tyranny of their government. Wally and the current government agencies have been at odds since then.

Wally Klump can leave prison any time he wants. All he has to do is recognize that the BLM has successfully taken his grandfather's land, come up with 1/3 of a million dollars in fines and more than likely lose his ranch. As long as Wally stays in jail, his wife, children and grandchildren have a home. He seems resigned to spend the rest of his life in jail as a political prisoner in order to protect the few rights he and his family have left.

Wally is "old school". He still believes in individual rights. He fights for his rights and thousands of other land holders in America. He does not ask for help from the public. He stands alone in his fight against a government that has gone mad with power. He would like to hear (letters only) from those on the outside awaiting their turn for his bunk.

Wally is only aware of the injustice against land owners. The atrocities of this government are far more massive than his perceptions. The government has more criminal laws than any other civilization in the history of the world. Child Protection Agencies, family courts and even criminal courts have been relieved of the burdens imposed upon them by the Constitution of the United States. With over 2 million people incarcerated, it is estimated that there are 1/2 million people in jail due to these Constitutional abuses. The numbers make the old regimes of Germany, Iraq, China and Russia look like pristine democracies.

Grandpa Klump knows it's not bad cops. It's bad government. This government is no longer the United States of America. The U.S. of A. has become a political oligarchy of Unscrupulous Sources of Agendas.

1. Up until now, this article was written over a year ago and is the original article. Since that time, Wally, Logan and the rest of the Klumps were never noted by any national press, nor, any other press. Not much was noted about the Klumps, other landowners or any of the vast numbers of groups affected by BLM, and other government agencies. I'm sure it was business as usual for everyone, but, the Klumps. They are certainly devastated and lucky to be alive, if they still are, once caught in the machine of this Nazi'cratic government. Although the Klumps were never heard from in the press or noted any further, Wally (and presumably the other Klumps) was noted in the 'burrow'crat paperwork. Wally was still around on May 11, 2004 when a status conference decided: "USM to transport bag & baggage Luther Klump". I could not have shown this government for what it is any plainer than the status conference's phrased decision. My apologies to the Klumps for not being able to help them enough. For the Klumps were merely leaves on the branch of government land seizures, on a trunk with hundreds of other equally abusive branches. I could not stop to fight indefinitely for the Klumps leaf, nor, even my own leaf, I had to find the cause of these suffering and dying leaves. I had to find the root of tyranny and fight it.

2. The source of all of this power and abuse against The People/the Klumps in this present political/politically correct interpretation of the U.S. Constitutional Text. (Currently there are 6 Constitutional Interpretations in vogue and a nazi'crat (demo, repub, or burrow) can pick amongst them as it finds convenient for whatever Rights it wishes to take or grant to any individual: Originalism, Modernism, Literalism - historical, Literalism, Democratic, or pick and choose as the "more equals" from the one that suit the task of this nazi'crat government. This supposed multi-interpreted Constitution is responsible for almost all of the distorted, bastardized forms of this illegitimate government's abuses against The Rights of The People.

B. "this Constitution" is the Constitution Ratified on September 17, 1787 as a Historical Background Interpretation Constitution of The United States of America. All of the fed/state legislators, executives and judiciary take their oath of office to defend "this Constitution". "this Constitution" is The Constitution that requires an oath to support "this Constitution. Have I missed something? Has there been a constitutional amendment removing all of God's/Nature's/Common Law's (the inalienable) from The People's Constitution. The Historical Background Constitution Is The Constitution Ratified. Until there is an amendment in which The People/I give up the Rights of The People, "this Constitution" Is the Only Constitution.
