I know. We are already well into 2004, but I feel the coming 11 months are going to be most critical for those of us who love freedom more than we love government. The signs on the horizon are not at all promising.

Continued assaults on Individual Liberty

The state, operating with already passed provisions of the Patriot Act, will continue their assaults on our liberties with the stealth plan to foist upon us even more freedom devouring provisions as listed in Patriot II. Like Hitler did following the Reichstag fire, these provisions will be enforced to protect us from terrorism and fabricated foreign threats. All the state’s shills in the media, like Rush and Hannity, will continue to call all who resist these freedom eroding acts traitors.

Continued assaults on Christianity (Ten Commandments)

Many and varied will be the assaults on all things having to do with Christianity. The state as it now exists, and as it moves towards total domination, cannot allow the competition of the ideals of Christ with the goals of the state, for the tenants of Christianity are contrary to government’s quest for complete domination of its citizens.

Continued scare tactics employed against the masses

Many will be the ups and downs of the color-coded threats from Homeland Security. The masses must remain sufficiently afraid and docile. People who believe themselves secure without the assistance of government have no reason to allow the encroachments the state must impose to reach their goal of totalitarian rule.

Reinstatement of the Draft

With the broadening of the war in the Persian Gulf area of operations, additional military manpower is a necessity. Even with the stop-loss imposed by the Rummy-led Department of War, there is just not the numbers present in the U.S. military today to carry off these neocon led wars for empire. The draft must be reinstated.

Rebellion in the Military

2004 will bring a revolt inside the US Military. The actual size and scope of this rebellion will be determined by the circumstances that present themselves in the coming months. This revolt will occur in the enlisted ranks because our wonderful education system has had four more years to brain wash the officer ranks to blind allegiance to the state and total ignorance of their oath to uphold and defend our Constitution. Enlisted personnel, more conscious that this war is not about protecting America, will begin to rebel. Many have forgotten the beginnings of this type of rebellion during the Vietnam War. (We refuse—what are you going to do—send us to Nam?) When the state reinstates the draft, this rebellion will most likely overflow into the streets here at home—just as it did during the War Between the States as vividly portrayed in the movie, Gangs of New York.

Refusal of Bush led Neocons to surrender power

Many and varied will be the political machinations of the Neocons as they maneuver to insure they remain in power. First they will appeal to the “big dumb middle” on an emotional level. They saw the positive results of this kind of subterfuge with their WND and imminent threat scenario used to initiate the war in Iraq.

If this does not accomplish the desired results, look for the capture of Usama bin Laden just in time to boost the polls before election.

Should that maneuver not provide the proper incentive to the US electorate, the next move would be to insure the election using the highly manipulative electronic voting machines. Perhaps these machines saw their first usefulness in Florida in 2000.

If all this should fail perchance, we who truly love liberty must be on the look out for what the Neocons referred to in their 1997 document as a “New Pearl Harbor” and “the opportunity of ages.” The Bush administration has done everything possible to hide the complicity and associated cover-ups of the state in the horrible acts of 9/11. Many there are in the “big dumb middle” who will scoff at the idea of involvement by the state in the events of 9/11, but I haven’t heard anyone in the lapdog media explain effectively why Bush and his cronies have fought so hard to keep facts from the committee investigating that horrendous event.

Bush blames the intelligence community for the failure to provide correct intelligence on the subject of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and the imminent threat they posed to the world. Yet, at the same time he shields them from their obvious failures/complicity in 9/11 while enlarging their dominion and control over the movement and activities of Americans with his Homeland Security/Patriot Act/Color Coded threat levels.

Are we to believe this multi-billion dollar bureaucratic arm of the state can, at the same time, provide faulty intelligence that leads to war, ignore thousands of warning signs of the attacks of 9/11, but yet provide protection to the huddled masses?

It would appear to anyone with an IQ higher than room temperature that the only function the state requires from all the alphabet agencies is the subjugation of those huddled masses of Americans.

Economic failures to continue

The state will be able to get away with this house-of-cards called the economy only for a limited time. We are printing money now that is only worth the price of the ink and the paper. Billions have been printed to finance this war of empire, yet at the same time the elected imbeciles in Washington are arguing the merits of a tax cut! Damn good thing we quit teaching math in this country years ago. Only public education morons could believe the state can continue to print worthless money to bring us out of the economic hell we are in. Makes ever more clear the words of Revelations Chapter 6 v5 “A quart of wheat for a day’s wages.”

Economic failure must occur, for that is the only thing that will awaken the “big dumb middle.” As long as they can buy a new car, watch reality shows on TV, rush down to the convenience store for a six-pack, or purchase one or many of the multitude of drugs now dominating the advertisements on their TV’s, they will never awaken to the usurpations of the state. Until the shelves at the grocery are empty or Joe six-pack can no longer afford food, no matter what his wages, the enslavement of the masses by the state will continue.

Hang on folks: 2004 could be a doozy.
